![]() I created a blood path near the campfire early on. Just groves or forests.īlood Clot have souls. You can fight the flesh golem in any tile around the grove, not just normal groves, and groves aren't even a requirement to have blood groves in your deck. You will see it about to happen when the branches start to shake. Originally posted by CPT Chthonbeard the Pirate:No, the flesh golem will walk from the blood grove/hungry grove when it spawns. I deleted the other battlefield because it turned into a ship, and I didn't want to deal with the siren that early on. I've also now created Reeds from the river. If so, then maybe I found a safe way to use a blood grove by my campfire without risking spawning a flesh golem.īlood Clot have souls. It'd be interesting to find out if it really is the training dummies though. I've never run a completely soulless deck, though ghosts technically have souls, and require souls to spawn, so something had a soul in the OP's deck. ![]() I've also noticed the different animation for soulless enemies. It makes it more aggressive killing enemies at 20% health and stabbing you with it's roots for an undodgable 5*loop damage every 5 seconds. To make a hungry grove, you either have to place a blood grove next to another blood grove in such a way that the new one doesn't have a normal grove or forest next to it (I believe this was supposed to be fixed in a patch, but still works for me), or delete the attached grove or forest with oblivion after you place a blood grove. No, the flesh golem will walk from the blood grove/hungry grove when it spawns. The golems usually just appear in groves. You know, like the Bandits and Goblins walk in from their tile to the road. I've never seen the golem actually walk from the Blood Grove. ![]() But the fact you haven't got any golems prolly means you need the actual Grove road tile to produce one. That being the case though, I'm not sure if you were able to place it because it came from the halo ghost or what. Didn't know you could even place one without a grove. Spiders after all don't have a soul and will trigger the grove. Perhaps you weren't patient enough? Type of enemy shouldn't matter I don't think, so long as you see the roots come out and take them. ![]() Usually it happens after so many enemies die in it's range of effect. don't know why you didn't have a flesh golem spawn from your blood grove. I didn't put Grove or Blood Grove in my deck. (I have blood clots spawning on the other side of the map) I've put it on the road thanks to a forest card. And I got a Blood Grove off a Prime Matter. And stacking 2 Battlefields together makes a Blood Clot where additional monsters spawn. Those give a chance for enemies to come back as ghosts when you kill them. You have to have a grove on the road to place a Bloody Grove.Īre you maybe thinking of a Battlefield card? It's maroon with a skull on it.
